I knew that diagram above from my lecturer, the database system lecture.
It's about softskill and hardskill.
I start from first quadrant :
QUADRANT I
this quadrant is formed by PINTAR (smart) on y-axis and JUJUR (honest) on x-axis.This is very ideal person, beside he is smart, he is also honest. Buuuuuut....nowadays this kind of person is very rare.
QUADRANT II
The second quadrant is formed by JUJUR (honest) on x-axis and BODOH (stupid) on y-axis. Maybe for you which is have a housekeeper often want this kind of person. Although he/she is stupid but he/she trusted to keep your children safe,your money safe.
My lecturer said people on this quadrant still work because he would be able to teached.
QUADRANT III
The third quadrant is formed by BOHONG (lie) on x-axis and BODOH (stupid) on y-axis. This is the worst type. Doesn't have a potential skill, doesn't have a smart thought but still doen't have honesty.
QUADRANT IV
The last quadrant and the most dangerous ones. It's formed by BOHONG (lie) on x-axis and PINTAR (smart) on y-axis. This quadrant suits for corruptor. They are smart, of course, why not? They have lots trick to smuggle public's money but that's crime.
